Shipping & Returns
We want your UTV accessories to arrive safely and fit correctly. Review our shipping and return guidelines below, then use our online returns portal to start a return, check the status of an existing RMA, or request an international shipping quote.
Order Placement & Fitment
During checkout, please provide your complete year, make, and model. We do our best to help review fitment when complete vehicle information is provided and may contact you if we notice a possible issue.
If we contact you for fitment verification and do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order may ship as placed.
Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, please submit a return request through our online returns portal.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- All returns must be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition, situation, or manufacturer policy.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Windshields or products with protective covering removed are non-returnable.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and reviewed.
- Return shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility unless UTV HQ shipped the incorrect item in error.
- The actual shipping cost may be deducted from returns on orders that received free or shared shipping.
How the Return Process Works
Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though many refunds are completed more quickly.
Shipping & Tracking
Standard Shipping
Most orders over $99 ship free within the lower 48 states. Orders under $99 are generally eligible for $9.95 flat-rate shipping.
Some oversized items, custom products, special-order products, or items shipping from multiple warehouses may require additional processing time.
Processing Times
Our shipping department processes shipments Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
Most products ship within 24–48 hours after the order is processed, although some items may take longer due to seasonality, backorders, or manufacturer lead times.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are typically provided within 48–72 hours of being available. You may receive multiple tracking emails if your order ships in more than one package.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & International Shipping
Some oversized items and certain products may have shipping restrictions or additional shipping costs. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destinations may require a shipping quote before purchase.
