Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If returned item(s) are not in new condition with original packaging you may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
If you decide to return an item that you've either changed your mind on, or ordered in error, you will be responsible for the return shipping. In some cases, we're able to offer pre-paid return label at a discounted rate. The cost of the pre-paid return label would be deducted from the refund amount.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping & Tracking
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If shipping to an international address, please click on the form link and submit the shipping quote request form or call 1-866-576-5115 for a shipping quote prior to your purchase.
Our shipping department processes shipments on weekdays between 9am and 4pm Eastern time. We try and ship most products within 24-48 hours of the order being processed. Some items may take a little longer to ship due to seasonality (ex: Fall/Winter - Heaters, Cab Enclosures, Seat Covers).
If an item is on back order, we will notify you via a phone call or email.
Tracking numbers for processed orders are typically provided within 72 hours of being available. We do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday. You may receive multiple tracking code emails depending on the quantity of item(s) ordered.
