Vehicle fitment, grouped by mount
2020–2022 Tracker 500S — KFI 106790 + required 101370 bracketThe vehicle package includes plow mount 106790 and required winch/fairlead bracket 101370 once, even if you use an existing winch. KFI lists both 105920 and 106790 for this model; this kit uses 106790 to keep selection simple. Installation requires drilling and may require fascia trimming. Wide winches are not compatible with this plow setup.

LE and LE Crew require revision C; their brush guard may interfere. Confirm guard clearance before ordering. Standard 800SX and Crew offer added-winch packages with 101670; LE models use your installed winch until added-winch fitment is confirmed.

Winch setup and lift geometry
A winch is required to lift the blade. Added 3500 lb packages include the UTV-DRS-K dash switch kit; its $42.50 price is included. Added 800SX/Crew packages include 101670 mounting hardware; Crew packages also include UTV-WEK wiring extensions. Existing mounting hardware is not charged twice within the package. Check fairlead, rope/cable routing and electrical instructions for your installation.
KFI marks 500S for a pulley matched to the winch line: 106680 for standard steel cable or 106745 for standard synthetic rope. This optional control defaults to No pulley and is separate from the standalone 811000 seasonal plow strap. No blanket 106140 strap-roller recommendation is made. Follow KFI’s fairlead instructions; synthetic winches may need a suitable synthetic roller fairlead rather than a hawse. Installation-specific fairlead conversions are not included.
Optional upgrades
- 811000 plow strap: standalone seasonal lifting strap, separate from cable/rope pulleys.
- Power-angle actuator: adjusts blade angle from the cab. Manual angling requires stopping, exiting the cab and releasing the angle lock. The winch still raises and lowers the blade.
- 106322 leveling kit: optional for confirmed geometry with small lifts or oversized tires; check KFI mounting-height guidance.
- Markers and side shields: markers already come with poly blades. Choose shields for your blade material.

See how angling the blade narrows the path it clears. Measure across the outside edges of your tires, including wheel offset. The default tire width is 64 inches; enter your actual measurement.
KFI’s Pro 2.0 push tubes have three blade positions: straight, 25° left and 25° right. Use this tool to compare widths, then choose your blade in the Plow Builder.

Estimated clearing width = blade width × cos(working angle). This illustrative top view explains width geometry; it does not establish vehicle fitment or installation clearance. Blade shape, tire size and setup affect actual results.
